One Daytona

Overview

One Daytona is a mixed-use master planned community next to the world-famous Daytona International Speedway. It is the home of the “Great American Race” and where records are broken and heroes are made. Prime Design Associates (PDA) has been involved in the Conceptual Phases as well as Site and Urban Planning of the Project. PDA designed the Autograph by Marriott Hotel, the Fairfield Inn and Suites Hotel, several Retail components of the Project as well as the “Icon” and “Rise” Collection Residential Communities. PDA is honored to continue to actively collaborate in designing the current and future Phases of One Daytona.
